Cheesecake in a Mug

Cheesecake filling:
1lb (2x 8oz tubs) New York Crème Cheese
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

“Crust”:
1 package graham crackers, crushed
2 T butter, melted
pinch of salt 

Blend all filling ingredients until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with butter and salt. 

Fill bottom of mug with 3 heaping tablespoons of graham cracker mixture. Add cheesecake filling to nearly full and sprinkle another scant 1 teaspoon graham cracker mixture over top. Chill thoroughly and enjoy within 10 days. Makes 6 cheesecakes in a mug!
